Metallica Remastered Premium Pinball Machine

The Metallica Remastered Premium Pinball machine brings Stern’s 2013 classic back with new electronics, new art, and a deeper ruleset — built for Australian home games rooms and venues that want the real thing, not an import headache. This isn’t a reskin. It’s the original John Borg layout rebuilt around Stern’s Spike 2 platform, with a full-colour LCD screen, live concert footage, and 22 songs (eight more than the original release).

What’s New on the Metallica Remastered Premium Pinball

• Full-colour LCD display — replaces the old dot-matrix screen with HD animations and real concert footage
• 22 Metallica songs — eight new tracks layered into fresh gameplay modes
• Three new playfield sculptures — Sparky, the Hammer, and RGB-lit Skulls, all under new UV lighting
• New artwork by Rhys Cooper — two full cabinet art packages, different from the 2013 original
• Stern Insider Connected — QR-based system for tracking progress, unlocking achievements, and pulling ongoing software updates
• New Wizard Mode — “Blackened,” built around Metallica’s more recent albums

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Metallica Remastered Premium Pinball Machine different from the original 2013 Metallica machine?

Yes. It keeps John Borg’s original playfield layout but adds a new LCD screen, eight extra songs, three new sculptures, UV lighting, and Stern Insider Connected — features the 2013 version never had.

What’s the difference between the Premium and Limited Edition (LE)?

The LE adds a mirrored backglass, powder-coated armour, a numbered plaque, and a signed certificate of authenticity. The Premium has the same gameplay, art, and electronics without the collector extras — better value if you’re buying to play, not to collect.

Does Metallica Remastered Premium Pinball Machine come with a warranty in Australia?

Yes. Every new machine we sell includes local warranty support, so you’re dealing with us directly — not an overseas distributor.

How long does delivery take across Australia?

Delivery is available nationwide, fully insured and professionally packed. Contact us for a timeframe to your postcode.

Can I see the machine before buying?

Yes — book a viewing at our Darwin showroom, 29 Smith St, Darwin City NT 0800.
